In celebration of Foster Care Fortnight, we had a fantastic celebration with our foster carers to mark this special time. As part of this celebration, we also gave out awards to some of our foster carers for five, ten, and 15 years of service with us.
Foster Care Fortnight is an annual campaign set up by The Fostering Network to raise the profile of fostering and show how foster care transforms lives.
This year’s theme is #FosteringCommunities to celebrate the strength and resilience of fostering communities and all they do to ensure children are cared for and supported to thrive.
We all had a lovely time celebrating our foster carers and we look forward to getting together again soon!
